Why pet odor comes back
Urine soaks through the carpet into the pad and sometimes the subfloor. Surface cleaners and deodorizers cover the smell for a few days. When humidity rises, which happens often in Long Beach, the salts in dried urine pull moisture from the air and the odor returns.
Our process
We darken the room and use a UV light to map every spot, including the ones you can't see. Each area gets an enzyme treatment that breaks down the urine, applied deep enough to reach the pad. After dwell time we rinse and extract the whole room.
Very old or very large spots, like a corner a cat used for years, may need the pad replaced. We'll tell you before charging for a treatment that won't fully work.
Couches and rugs too
Pets use sofas and area rugs as often as carpet. Upholstery gets the same UV check and enzyme step before the regular rinse. Wool rugs are treated with wool-safe products.
