Commercial carpet is usually low-pile glue-down or carpet tile. It takes far more foot traffic than a home, so soil builds up in entrances, hallways and around desks long before the rest of the floor looks dirty.
Scheduled around your hours
We book early mornings and evenings so the carpet is dry before staff and customers arrive. For spaces that can't close at all, we work in sections and use a low-moisture method that dries in about an hour.
Entrances and traffic lanes can be cleaned on a regular schedule, monthly or quarterly, with a full clean once or twice a year. Regular maintenance costs less than letting carpet get to the point of replacement.
Pricing and quotes
Commercial carpet starts at $0.52 per sq ft, with a $250 minimum visit. We quote after a walk-through or from a floor plan, and the price is fixed before work starts. Property managers and businesses on a maintenance schedule can ask for a recurring rate and monthly invoicing.
